JISFCE Call for Papers

Mission of JISFCE

The mission of the JISFCE is to promote quality research in resolving forensic problems and reporting those results to practitioners of forensics in both professional and academic environments.

Submission Policy

Contributors should submit academic articles containing research or methodological approaches in the standard APA format.  Papers should be submitted in Microsoft Word or Text format via email to jisfcesubmission@isfce.com with a cover sheet which contains the author’s affiliation and address information.  All other identifying materials should be removed from the body of the paper.

Review Policy

All papers will undergo a double blind review policy with at least two reviewers providing recommendations for publication or feedback to the authors regarding improvements.

Issue Guidelines

The JISFCE shall be published 4 times per year (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall) online and shall contain 5-6 academic papers, 1-2 op-ed articles, and 1-2 book/product reviews.  All papers will undergo review for content but op-ed and review papers may be reviewed only by the editor.
